Dragon fire/ sysctl: Anti-lag and Battery tweaks by Abdul Rozaq Optimizer


while I was asking people about their CPU settings I got a new MOD (sysctl trick) personally created by Abdul Rozaq Optimizer
I tried it for myself and found it very useful!!
Requires root!!
Features:-
1. Anti lag - Reduces lag very much! Almost 90%
And increases CPU speed
2. Battery tweaks - Some tweaks to save battery!
Steps and Requirements:-
1. Rooted phone (click here to know how to root)
2. CWM
3. Dragonfire zip (place it in root; not in any folder)
Steps to install:-
1.Switch off your phone and go to recovery mode by holding volume up+home+power button simultaneously!
2. Patch CWM by locating and opening it!
3. Go to Mounts and storage and mount system
4. Go back, locate the dragonfire zip and install it!!
5. Go back clear cache!!
6. Reboot your phone and enjoy!!!
Use seeder for further lag reducing!
Empty your battery to zero and then charge it to full to have a good battery health after flashing the zip!
Works in stock/custom rom!!

UPDATE: CyanogenMod9.1 BETA 2 for Samsung Galaxy Y With Drivers Released!

Great news for those of you who are impatient! The team have released the BETA 2 build for download so that you can test the current in development CyanogenMod9.1 rom on your Galaxy Y.
This BETA 2 build consists of some large improvements such as fully working HW thanks to the recently released drivers, a working media scanner, WiFi, Bluetooth, smooth animations and others.

BETA 2 changelog:

  • Fully HW fixed thanks to Broadcom Drivers
  • Gralloc, HGL, hwcomposer built from source
  • Fixed Media Scanner due to HGL working
  • CRT animation, rotation... (all animations) working smooth
  • Fixed rotation animation
  • Reduced a lot of booting time with 4.0 Kernel
  • Updated overlay

Installation:

In order to succesfully install the CM9.1 on your Samsung Galaxy Y, you first need to format your file system to EXT4 using the EXT4 Formatter tool, then install the kernel and finally install the rom.
